Mr. Ashok Kumar
As a technocrat with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy (CEG Campus - Anna University) in 1984, and later an M.S from IIT-M, he was strongly attracted to Solar energy. This is exemplified by the fact that he was a recipient of the National Award and was honoured by the “Solar Energy Society of India (SESI)”. It was the owner's pride to Tamil Nadu when the popular Indian news media publishing company “Indian Express” admired his quality in 1990 and published that “It was a unique honour for a young man in just 20’s”. His reputation reached neighbouring states, evident by his election as the Consultant for Solar projects for the Andhra Pradesh Government.
It was an honour for the South Indian solar industry when he was invited as a technical advisor by a German team for installation of a 4 MW solar PV power plant. His frequent visits to various western and developed nations such as Spain, Germany and Austria has resulted in groundbreaking developments in the field of solar power generation in India. He has been taken up as the “Sales & Service Partner” by Fronius, Germany - the global leader of the inverters for solar power.
His long journey in solar energy of 37 years has been honoured by the State and Central Government Departments for his knowledge, expertise and experience by appointing him as “TEDA’s Governing body member” and also as an “Active member of MNRE”. His reputation grew to great heights when he was assigned with a coveted and highly responsible position as the State President of Tamil Nadu Solar Energy Developer Association (TNSEDA).
Mr. Praveen Kumar
Starting his Solar Career in 2013, he adapted recent technologicalinnovations in solar power projects from world’s leading solar energymarkets through field visits to European countries and implementedthrough Joint Ventures with various companies from Germany andAustria. An effective communicator with excellent team leadershipskills with recognized strength in management, International networking and technology transfer and part of Ace Renewtech team, which successfully executed 240+ MW of Solar PV Power projects in India. Selected as one of the 20 entrepreneurs in India by German Society for International Cooperation and represented India at Hannover Messe, Germany during April 2015 in Solar Energy sector, which was delegated by The Honorable PMO India, Shri Narendra Modi for the Make In India campaign

Mr. Vinoth Kumar
Having a strong fundamental knowledge in the RE sector, started his professional career in the field of Solar Energy in 2016. An Energy & Environmental Engineer from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. Gained a versatile experience in Solar Rooftop as well as Ground Mounted Projects in both Technical & Commercial aspects. Have 20+ MW Work experience in Solar PV Power Projects and all types of solar products like Solar Water Heating System, Solar Water Pumping System & Solar Street Lighting System. Plays a vital role in Business Development across the world. Also, experience in the Electric Vehicle sector in the Research & Development phase.
